Overview
Our client, a fast-growing company in the logistics and freight brokerage space, is hiring a driven Account Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales within flourishing industry.
 
The Account Executive facilitates communication between the shipping customer and carrier. The role is responsible for acquiring new business and servicing current accounts. Organization, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills are key to success. This is a team-oriented role, and the applicant is expected to work well in a fast-paced group setting.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a book of business
  • Offer solutions to customers’ requests and complaints
  • Handle large call volume – inbound and outbound
  • Track and trace drivers in transit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide customers with updates and exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate shipment
  • Assist team members with incoming calls and update
  • Quick response time to customer requests
Qualifications
  • Business degree preferred
  • Logistics background preferred
  • Self-motivated and determined individual
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Must be dependable and attentive to detail
What’s Offered
  • Base Salary: $40K – $45k
  • Uncapped commission
  • First-year OTE: $65K–$85K+ (top performers earn significantly more)
