A reputable virtual school based in Greenville, SC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support their leadership team and administrative staff. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to support organizational success.
 
Direct Hire | 8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday | Hybrid Flexibility
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Anticipate the needs of leadership and proactively address administrative challenges
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office tools
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, including teachers, staff, and board members
  • Support special projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational growth
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and systems in a virtual environment
  • Problem-solve effectively and independently to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapt quickly and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative, coordinator, or executive support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
  • Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience
