Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO and leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Anticipate the needs of leadership and proactively address administrative challenges
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office tools
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, including teachers, staff, and board members
- Support special projects and initiatives that contribute to organizational growth
- Maintain organized records, documents, and systems in a virtual environment
- Problem-solve effectively and independently to ensure smooth operations
- Adapt quickly and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative, coordinator, or executive support roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience
