We’re partnering with a rapidly growing organization to hire a NetSuite Administrator / BI Analyst who will play a critical role in optimizing their ERP and reporting environment.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role working directly with Finance, Operations, and leadership—and the team is moving quickly for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do 

  • Own NetSuite administration (users, roles, workflows, saved searches, reporting)
  • Support and improve business intelligence, dashboards, and data visibility
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance financial and operational processes
  • Drive system optimization, automation, and reporting improvements
  • Support integrations and data flows across systems

What We’re Looking For 

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (admin or power user)
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, or BI tools
  • Understanding of ERP environments supporting finance/operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with business users
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or SQL is a plus
