A well-established construction company in West Columbia, SC, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support its Project Management team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in construction administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and contractual support to the Project Management team
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project schedules, documentation, and communication
- Prepare, process, and track contracts, subcontract agreements, and change orders
- Assist with large project bids, including online portal entries and required submission documentation
- Update, distribute, and maintain monthly job cost reports as provided by Project Managers
- Support the billing process by preparing required documentation and backup as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction administration or project coordination
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, compliance requirements, and supporting documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000–$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
