Direct Hire | 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday | 100% Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to Plant HR and Safety teams
- Allocate and manage employee hours in Concrete Vision
- Prepare and maintain new–hire onboarding packets
- Manage time clock functions, including adding new hires, correcting missed punches, and ensuring data accuracy
- Facilitate employee training at designated training stations, including The DECK logins, course completion, and verification of required documentation
- Assist with safety onboarding for new hires
- Track and document completion of safety training for both temporary and direct–hire employees
- Support HR and Safety teams by assisting employees and visitors in the office area
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of PPE requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
