As a Project Manager for our client in Spartanburg, you would oversee the pre-construction phase, communication pulse, execution and close-out process of projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with a full-time, onsite schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Understand the scope of work in detail
  • Handle site assessments and material procurement
  • Coordinate personnel training
  • Evaluate equipment needs
  • Manage communication with the customer
  • Oversee the construction process
  • Monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Confirm final project quantities
  • Complete a job cost analysis
  • Invoice the project on time
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Construction industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective at managing schedules and deadlines
  • Relational skills with customers and internal team members
  • Flexibility to adjust plans in response to changing circumstances
 
Benefits & Compensation:
  • $55,000 – $65,000, based on experience
  • Company truck after six months
  • Vacation & holiday schedule
