Responsibilities:
- Record all incoming inventory, ensuring each item is properly documented and accounted for.
- Verify, track, and input costs associated with equipment purchases to maintain accurate records.
- Provide support for front office staff by assisting with customer service, including answering phones and helping customers in person.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and offsite inventory specialists to monitor and track equipment’s location and status.
- Enter freight costs and expenses for equipment and confirm the accuracy of these costs
- Support staff with mailing list reports using excel and flex software.
- 2+ years of data entry/administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- $17 – $22/hr
