Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair building equipment and systems.
- Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment and conduct monthly inventory.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
- Assist with vendor coordination and oversight when needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and building procedures.
- Support emergency response activities and after-hours maintenance as required.
- Perform minor carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
- Monitor building automation systems and report operational issues.
- Rotating on call schedule 24/7 and be able to respond to after hour calls when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and work orders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance management systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
