Manager of Post Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for dealers and installers
- Provide hands-on guidance related to vehicle wiring, mechanical assembly, and upfitting systems.
- Oversee repair procedures, warranty claims, and after-sales technical processes.
- Support and help manage the dealer and technician certification program via a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Work closely with Customer Experience leadership to ensure dealers complete certification requirements.
- Support dealer onboarding and technical readiness as the company expands regionally and nationally.
- Travel as needed to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support dealer operations (training primarily centralized).
Qualifications
- Practical experience with vehicle upfitting, mechanical systems, and electrical/wiring work.
- Strong understanding of installation quality, diagnostics, and field repairs.
- Experience working with dealers, installers, or service networks.
- Familiarity with warranty processes, repair documentation, and technical standards.
- Comfortable managing or supporting certification programs and LMS platforms.
Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
