A well-established government agency is seeking a professional, customer-focused Part Time Administrative Assistant to support business operations through document processing, record management, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new processes, working in a collaborative environment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Type
- One Long-Term Temporary Assignment (potential for extension)
- One Temporary Assignment (3-4 months maternity leave coverage)
- Learn and assist with processing online filings and business documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of required documentation.
- Organize and update filing systems for compliance tracking and document retrieval.
- Communicate with internal departments and external agencies to obtain necessary information.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support duties.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and the public.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
