Our client in Liberty, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their billing, payment processing, and administrative operations. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with monthly billing, deposits, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and service records.
  • Coordinate service requests and communicate with internal departments.
  • Perform data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative support.
  • Handle multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Support customer communications and public notifications as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, billing, cashiering, or accounting support.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with cash handling, payment processing, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or reconciliations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $20-$22/hour based on experience.
  • Full-time direct hire opportunity.

  • Onsite work environment with hands-on training and team support.
Schedule:
  • Full-time on-site, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
