We are seeking a professional Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Fletcher, NC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience.
Job Description:
- Prospect and develop new B2B business by targeting commercial building owners and property managers within an assigned territory
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and needs analysis through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Sell bundled facility management solutions, including janitorial and ancillary services, as a consultative solutions-based offering
- Transition newly won accounts to the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff, then immediately pursue new opportunities
- Spend approximately 50% of time building pipeline and conducting outreach in the office and 50% in the field meeting decision-makers
- Own and manage territory strategy, schedule, and daily activity to maximize new client acquisition and revenue growth
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years in a Outside Sales role

- Flexibility on hours based on appointments scheduled – manage your own schedule
- 40 hours per week
- $50,000 – $60,000 (BASE PAY)
