About the Role
A large professional services organization is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented HR Program & Administrative Support Coordinator to support its Human Resources team. This role focuses on administrative and program support for an annual law student intern and mentor program running May through August.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven administrative professional who enjoys managing logistics, supporting programs, and working behind the scenes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with planning, coordination, execution, and wrap-up of the intern and mentor program
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and send accurate calendar invitations
- Maintain organized tracking documents, reports, and program data
- Prepare program materials such as name tags, packets, and session resources
- Support multiple in-person program sessions throughout the summer
- Coordinate catering and event logistics
- Ensure meeting spaces and materials are prepared in advance
- Provide light recruiting and HR administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience supporting programs, projects, or administrative teams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable coordinating logistics such as scheduling and catering
- Professional demeanor suitable for a business-professional environment
- HR or recruiting support experience is a plus, but not required
- Degree not required
