Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to join our clients growing team in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with numbers, technology, and problem-solving. The Estimator will learn how to review construction plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze project costs, and prepare accurate project estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
  • Review and interpret project plans and technical documents
  • Analyze project scope and determine estimated construction costs
  • Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
  • Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and reports
  • Compile estimates in a variety of formats for clients
  • Work closely with experienced estimators to develop technical knowledge and industry expertise
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail – ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career
Compensation & Benefits
  • $50,000 to $60,000 annual salary
  • 401(k) with company match
